When I'm at home, away from all the noise, nosy coworkers, nagging husband, etc., in my warm soft bed reading a good book. That to me gives me great solace and content!

Solace from what?
As I was sitting there getting stitches, the doctor said try not to move as he stuck mre in my hand with a hypodermic needle to which I explained that generally as a rule I do not allow people to stick me with sharp objects , if I move it is only a reflex. So, I went to my "happy place , internalized all the disgust I had at cutting myself and found peace in the fact that here was someone helping me and telling me it would all be better. Of cource he was sticking needle in me so how much was I to believe him? Hmmm.
In a warped sense, God must be a comedian. I just wonder if anyone can make him laugh. Let's face it he has thought up all the punch lines.
