I know someone who is addicted to vicodin. He NEEDS to quit! Has anyone else had this experience? How did you quit? Do you have any advice so I can help him quit?

Steve, Bob, and Jeff were working on a very high scaffolding one day when suddenly, Steve falls off and is killed instantly. After the ambulance leaves with Steve's body, Bob and Jeff realize that one of them is going to have to tell Steve's wife.

Bob says he's good at this sort of sensitive stuff, so he volunteers to do the job. After two hours he returns, carrying a six-pack of beer.

"So did you tell her?" asks Jeff.

"Yep", replied Bob.

"Say, where did you get the six-pack?"

Bob informs Jeff. "She gave it to me!"

"What??" exclaims Jeff, "you just told her her husband died and she gave you a six-pack??"

"Sure," Bob says.

"Why?" asks Jeff.

"Well," Bob continues, "when she answered the door, I asked her, 'are you Steve's widow?'

'Widow?', she said, 'no, no, you're mistaken, I'm not a widow!'

So I said: "I'll bet you a six-pack you ARE!'"

I have 2 one-inch goldfish in a 1 gallon tank.Here are my questions.Don't need to answer all,just the ones you know.

1)How often should I clean the bowl?
2)What is a filter and why do i need it?
3)How much food should i feed it and how many times a day?
4)How should i clean the bowl?(what soap or how to clean the gravel,etc.)
5)What kinds of products or items does the tank need to keep both the tank and gravel clean and the water fresh?(chemicals,gravel vacum,etc)

I know someone who is addicted to vicodin, and needs help! He was first prescribed vicodin about a year ago for some joint problems. Well, he was on it for so long that he is now addicted. He is no longer prescribed vicodin, so he has to find them in other places. It is taking up all his money, and causing a lot of GI upset. He has tried to quit cold turkey, and even by weaning down, but his body can't handle it. He gets cold sweats, aches all over, and doesn't have the energy to get up and do anything, so he ends up giving in, because vicodin is so easy to find around here. Does anyone else have some advice for what he can do to quit? Or how I can help him? I've told him he should just go to rehab, or tell the hospital about his addiction, but he won't. PLEASE HELP!!!

Every one has a different religion. BUT they all claim their god is THE god. SO is there more than 1 god? or are we all just fighting over the same one? But will different names? Why are we all fighting over somthing we havent even got proof of?.... Wheres the proof 'god' is real? Anyone have proof? We cant trust the bible. Thats just chinese whispers...ANyone have any solid proof? I'm just curious why people fight over somthing they cant even prove exists.. Why they are so quick to believe in 'their god' but are adament other things dont exist like paranormal etc..

I was engaged to someone who I ended up buying a house with. Shortly after we moved into the house he started to find faults with me left, right and centre and told me (and my teenaged son) to move out. We have since moved out into our own apartment and are quite happy, however my ex-fiance wants to get back together again and wants me to eventually move back into the house (which he owns most of). Before we were forced to move out I really loved him but now I find it hard to have any real loving feelings like I had before for him. He doesnt seem to understand this (?) I don't feel like I could trust him again. I feel like I don't even know him any more. I told him "separating" was not a positive move, however he didn't agree and now apart from the fact we only see each other twice a week at the most, the relationship is dwindling and yet he appears oblivious. Should I just remain friends or just walk away completely?

I need some advice. I am married. I have been living with my husband more than 5 years.( We have been married at our very young age). I have always been honost to my husband. The thing bothers me right now is I start having a feeling to other guy who works with me. I feel like I am happy whenever I see him and when I talk to him. I cannot stop myself thinking about him. Wherelse I go I will just think about him, even at home. I know I am married and I want to keep my relationship. I love husband and he is the right person for me. But I cannot take the guy out from my mind. Please, give me any advice. IIs it normal having those kind of feelings?

ok i had a cold glass of water and i went to school i came home at 2:30 and drank another glass of watter and ate cereal 2 bowls. after i went in a sona for about 20 mins. then worked out for 30mins then i ate pasta. after an hour drank another glass of watter.
