ok i had a cold glass of water and i went to school i came home at 2:30 and drank another glass of watter and ate cereal 2 bowls. after i went in a sona for about 20 mins. then worked out for 30mins then i ate pasta. after an hour drank another glass of watter.
so can you tell me wut i should add to my diet or take off of it? thx

take off pasta, add fruit, veggies, protein and deffinately have breakfast.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.

5 - 7 different raw fruits and vegetables every day.
Less red meat. More grains.

Add food. You are going to force yourself into starvation mode and cannibalize your own muscles. You need more protein, more water, more vegetables...
