It must be unhealthy, what would it do?

I don't do that. If anything i need more protein. I'm just curious.

it's not very likely at all. the body expends more energy digesting proteins, converting them to glucose and then to lipids then is obtained from the process. the human body is not very keen on wasting energy. the only time where a high rate of protein would be converted to fat would be in cases of extreme famine.

You're basically taking on extra calories you don't need. That leads to one thing...weight gain. I would recommend not doing that.

unless you're moving alot you'll def.gain weight.i was sick,lost alot of weight,they gave me ice cream every night and it worked.

if your eating it besides your meal and not as a meal replacement you will gain weight.
