About a year or so ago in TJ I snorted heroin from needle that was someone elses, I was already so high on crystal I can't tell if it pricked the inside of my nose or not either way, I was wondering what my chances are of contracting HIV from this encounter, if the person had it themselves.

Well, if you're snorting heroin, I'm willing to bet you had a few other high risk behaviors.
I'd also bet you likely have hepatitis C, maybe have hepatitis B, and potentially have HIV.
Let's say your needle-sharing buddy was positive for all three- the highest risk of transmission is with Hep B (30%), then Hep C (3%) and then HIV (depending on the type of needle and the amount of blood on the needle, about 0.3%).

Get a test better to know for sure so you do not possibly infect anyone else. If the person had HIV or was HIV positive your chances are about 90%

You need to go to your public health department in your county and get checked.
You are using high risk behavior and could have injected yourself with a needle used by someone with HIV.

Go to a planned parenthood or some other low cost community place. They will give you a test for a low price and you will know.

the chance of you getting it from that are high, you need to see a doctor immediately to make sure just in case. for your health and everyone elses.
