okay so my friends having a HUGE pool party on june 15.
basically everyones guna be there
im goin with this guy in the grade above me and hes like a really popular football player thats really in shape and muscular
he thinks that im really in shape and stuff but honestly ive gained some weight.
i need to lose about 5 pounds and tone up on my hips, thighs, and get a flatter stomach.
what can i eat and what exercises should i do and how long do u think itl take?
please help me

Okay so it's my first week without any meat, and I really want to stick with it so far no cravings for meat it actually disgusts me now. I am starting each day with a soy protein shake for breakfast and I have cashews or peanuts with yogurt with my lunch or a snack. Any other tips for foods with proteins or other nutrients I need?? ok, im studying to be a fire fighter at the moment, im still living at home i cant afford to move out yet. to get in shape for the fire academy im starting to play water polo again. i played in highschool and was pretty good at it. my dad loved me playing water polo for some reason. i play the sport because its fun you know, i enjoy playing it... my dad starts with this "you should train harder and get a scholarship to get out of the community college, get a degree in business, or history, and play sports through college." even though i DONT want this, i want to be a fire fighter really bad, im working really hard for it. i started a kick boxing class and now he thinks im not going to do anything but kick box... its not true, i tell him im just doing it because its fun and it will get me in tip top shape for fire academy. i needed a ride to boxing tonight so i asked him, he says no because hes tired. but if i asked him if he could take me swimming at 1 AM, hed have no problem... WHY???

and you think it's wrong to pay someone to use a gun and take money from someone. Then why do you think it is OK to use the Government to take money from the rich (higher taxes) and give it to you? (The non-rich)

If you want to tax the rich more than you are taxed, and you want government medicine, welfare, wic, and other social programs that are paid with tax money, then you are basically using the Government to take money from someone and give it to you.

Why is it ok to steal from the rich as long as you use the government to do the stealing?

Just for the record I only make 20,000 a year, and I do not take government assistance.
