Only until the crayfish catches it and eats it. Sorry, they aren't compatible and that's why really. The crayfish will eventually kill and eat the frog.

Those 2 critters cannot live with each other. No matter what the sizes of them are, there's always some kind of problem. If the frogs are too small, then the crayfish will eat them. If the frog is similar in size to the crayfish, then they will fight constantly causing a lot of stress leading to possible disease as well as wounds. If the frog was overwhelmingly larger than the crayfish, then the frog may it eat (which would be a rare possibility.) Besides 5 gallons isn't enough space for one crayfish. Leave it by itself. The tank is just too small to put anything else in it, let alone with a crayfish. Those guys are just too aggressive. Leave it as it is. Good luck.

Guppies are great, neon and cardinal tetras are great to! A single male beta with some cory cats, that would be cool! Cory cats are little catfish that need to be kept in groups to be happy. They cone in lots of different varieties! Very cool fish! Endlers livebearers are also cool, a small uppy basically, you can have 2 per gallon, you nee more males than females for all livebearers. You can have any sort of livebearers in there except mollies, as they get quite large at 4-5 inches! If you can devote the tank all to one fish, a dwarf puffer would be so cool! They should be fed snails at least once a week, and the base of there diet should be frozen/live blodworms, brineshrimp, or tubiflex worms. Edit:African dwarf frogs should be kept in small groups.

No. the crayfish will evetnually catch the frogs and eat them or the frogs may try eating the crayfish. They think of each other as food.

MM is right, if you want to put anything with blue crayfish they have to be super fast and top dwellers, but even then it's a risk.
also, a 5 gallon is WAY too small for a crayfish, they need room to roam, 10-15gallon is minimum.

adult blue crayfish are best kept alone in at least a 10 gallon tank with lots of hidding spots

The only problem I've ever had with my craw...he keeps getting out of the tank. I even put a lock on the damn top, but he still gets out every once in a while....I currently have a turtle, frogs, and a couple fish in my tank...so I would think that they'd be okay together.

No it is not for two reasons.
1-Crayfish are extremely aggressive fish and they will eat and catch the frog
2-your tank is extremely small and if the snails start reproducing your tank will be overcrowded and your water will be cloudy
