Actually use her to your advantage. First don't let her mouth control how you feel, ignore her lil girl mess, like you said. But you can diffently use her h0eness to help test your boyfriends, lol...... I mean if they sleep with her, might as well tell them bye-bye.... but if they diss her and call her a little girl and laff in her face, wow a keeper! But she is your cousin, you know what kind of charater she is, if you can't find a way to use it, then just state your mind everytime she is around you. Diss the heck out of her lifestyle and life choices, make it darn hard for her to hold her head up and she'll leave you alone....
