Pop the CD into your computer.
Open My computer and double click on the CD drive.
Go thru the folders and look for a folder names "pictures" or "photos".
Copy that folder (right click and select copy).
Click on your My documents folder on desktop
Click on My pictures folder
Paste the Folder you copied from the CD (right click and select paste).
Now go to your email and attach the pictures like you would attach any other file to an email...

Depending on your email client, there should be a button or link for including an attachment. Click on that and then click Browse to find the file(picture) on the CD. The CD might be drive letter D or E.

Put the cd in your disk drive.
Open your email program
create a new email
To add the pictures to the email you will need to click on add attachment in your email and select your cd drive and the folder were the pics are. Then select the picture files and send the email.
