I recently started jogging a 1/2 mile or doing 40 situps every evening. I'm have a lot of weight to lose, and I was told for my weight this is a good start. I've noticed that my thighs seem to be the part of me that requires the most work (even more than my man-boobs ;D). Are there any exercises I can do without a workout machine to tone my thighs?

(And to the smartass that's going to tell me to stop eating, I beat you to it moron. I've cut my caloric intake by almost a third and cut my sugars and fats almost completely. :P)

The only time, and I do mean only time soccer is cool is during the World Cup when you can root for America until they eventually loose to one of the powerhouse countries who haven't yet realized we think so little of the sport that we give it to the fat kids who can't play any real sport so they join the soccer team because they can stand on the grass and watch the one athletic kid run around for 90 minutes and then say they played a sport. Soccer is a stupid game and if every other country in the world would get off their high horse and just admit football, basketball and baseball are far superior to it then everyone would be more happy. Do you know why people riot after soccer matches? Because they just realized they wasted about two hours of their damn life watching soccer when they could have been at home watching something good like football or baseball. And when I say football I don't mean soccer I mean Foot Damn Ball baby. Go AMERICA!!!

This man was not an American citizen, but only here on a Visa. He was a Korean alien, right? So how does a non-American here on a visa get access to lawfully buying guns in our country?

It clearly states that Cho Seung Hui had receipts for the guns he purchased. What gun shop sold him the guns, and why would our government allow non-citizens to buy guns when they're only here on a visa?

This is not something that normally occurs and the their public safety is most likely not trained to deal with a situation like this(I really would not expect them to be either). I work at a university and I do not think we would ever expect a shooting here, but if it happened I would not imagine our public safety would have the proper training for it.
