My bro 18 yrs he lost his weight 1 month,12 kgs,by having only chicken soup,jogging,exercise and starvation.Now he is having pain in his joint and also making noices....

A problem creates a problem but a solution should not do it.
If you would have given his weight my answer would have been perfect. Let us try.
Do you know how to extract butter from curds and then prepare pure ghee from that butter? If no then contact a indian lady she will teach. It is your best medicine.
When hungry ask your brother to eat rice or roti with 10gm pure ghee, then the remaining meal.
This ghee has property to occupy joints and is the best lubricant. His problem will disappear within a month or two. More ghee will cause loss of appetite.

first off he needs to start eating a balanced diet. Chicken soup does not contain all the nutrition the body needs. That could be one of the reasons he's experiencing so much pain. He's pushing his body with exercise and not giving it nutrition. You would not make your car run at 110mi. an hour and not give it gasoline. Food is fuel. Each lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, protein foods such as chicken and turkey, and whole grains like brown rice.

Cut back on the jogging. eating correctly and reducing the stress on the joints should correct the problem.

I recommend a Jacuzzi several times a week to help relieve the pain. Also a good massage therapist would help with this problem.

your body is in a rapid change you should expect that

jogging is bad if you're overweight.

i think the best answer is that your brother doesn't stretch or warm up before he jogs. stretching and warm ups prepares your bones and muscles before they take a beating.
