Violence in soccer?

The only time, and I do mean only time soccer is cool is during the World Cup when you can root for America until they eventually loose to one of the powerhouse countries who haven't yet realized we think so little of the sport that we give it to the fat kids who can't play any real sport so they join the soccer team because they can stand on the grass and watch the one athletic kid run around for 90 minutes and then say they played a sport. Soccer is a stupid game and if every other country in the world would get off their high horse and just admit football, basketball and baseball are far superior to it then everyone would be more happy. Do you know why people riot after soccer matches? Because they just realized they wasted about two hours of their damn life watching soccer when they could have been at home watching something good like football or baseball. And when I say football I don't mean soccer I mean Foot Damn Ball baby. Go AMERICA!!!

I think basketball is good to watch, but let me ask you one thing about American football: Why do you play FOOTball with your HANDS, not your FEET? It is very funny. You call a game where people play a ball with their feet soccer, but you call a game where people play a ball (which is not round at all) with their hands football.

Second thing is, you are incorrect when you say 'watching an athletic kid run for 90 mins'. Sometimes 1 or 2 player can be dominant in a match, but he will never do that alone. No matter how athletic he is, nobody in this world can run continuously without taking a breath. You can do that on basketball field, but not in soccer field.

About the riot, well, I must admit it is a horrible fact we should face together. It is because some fanatic lunatic supporters think they can beat opponents with violence. In the other side, it is proven that people can be so passionate about soccer. Soccer is best to see with friends, with some soft drinks (or beers, if you are at home). You cannot watch them like potato couch, just like when you watch baseball.

You Americans please be considerate a bit more. Do you think you can achieve something with 'me against the world' mentality? Come on, it is very shameful, don't you realize it? Just be more appreciative and cooperative.

You are not right in talking like that :soccer is the most reasonable game I know and to tell the truth I don't understand the point of American football ,but maybe if I learn how to play it and the rules of it ,Maybe I'll like it more .So I suggest that you go ahead and start playing soccer .You'll see what I meant then.
