If the democrats in congress have enough votes they can stop it right now, without the president signing anything. They know that is not what America wants no matter how many of your friends and fellow bloggers think it is. That is why they don't have the votes

I hope so! Haha that would be a great idea. I just hope they don't back down to him. I can't believe he has the balls to sit there and blame congress, saying they will be the reason they don't have proper funding. They are offering it, he just doesn't want the restrictions attached to it. In my eyes, it is on his head if the troops don't have funding.
