i want to lose weight but without growing much muscles , so i buy a manual walking mashine and a bicycle to work out on , how many minutes or hours should i work out on them daily so i can lose actual weight and size without having bigger muscles ?? and also should i walk or run over them quickly or slowly to achieve my goal ???

Just once to stop the killing, fighting and separation of humankind that the question of his existence brings? Which in turn would save millions and more from hell for not being believers? If god just showed (himself) once and proved his existence, so many would believe and not have to burn in hell for all eternity. Why wouldn't a compassionate god do that..? Your thoughts christians? I think the Virginia Tech Massacre was sooo horrible. If you read all the cases and everything that had happened before hand, the authorities should have seen it coming. It is sooo horrible and anytime I watch the news, I want to cry.

My wife and I want to start a college savings plan for our 1 1/2 year old daughters. I understand each state has its own 529 plan. In Illinois I am looking at the BrightStart plan. We would have approximately $100 a month automatically taken from the checking account and sent downstate to the BrightStart account where it is invested in various funds for us. My question- it was suggested to me by someone to check into Utah's plan too, it is rated as one of the best in the country. Anybody know the difference? Any suggestions from parents putting money away for their kids' college future? Any advice would be helpful.

hi i had my periods on 22 to 26march.did'nt have sex yet.now i had some whitish discharge.no its not ovulation.dont seem like yeast infection.its very light but when after peeing i see the flush something white float there.any idea what this should be?

Everytime a potential boyfriend calls me, I get scared or nervous for some odd reason...
