Rampage owned him in the first fight. I like Liddell but he looked intimidated. Hopefully he just had a bad night. Im still going with rampage though.

Chuck said he is going to knock Rampage out, Rampage said the same thing about Chuck. I do not know who to believe. I want to say Liddell because he has improved more then Rampage over the last few years, but how can I when Page dismantled him so easily last time? My guess is that it is 50/50.

I'm gonna go with Liddell on this one. I think Liddell has improved so much from when they last faught. Watch some videos of Rampage when he faught in Pride against Shogun, and against Wanderlei, Rampage was picked apart!
I think that Liddell is going to really let his hands go this time and it'll be lights out for Rampage.

i think of Liddell has a plan this time. He in all risk will attempt to apply the clinch extra and make the main of muay thai knees the way Wanderlei and Rua took out Rampage. If he can effectively land some knees to Rampage's center and sap some power from him it would desire to help him decide for a KO. yet in addition it would desire to easily merely be a bad adventure up for Liddell, maybe Rampage is merely too good and could merely merely placed Liddell on his back like final time and pound him. i might desire to make certain something going on. i understand Rampage ought to be champ and that i understand Lideelll needs revenge, its no longer straight forward to p.c.. a winner, i think us followers who would be observing and eating beer that night could be the winners.

I'm going with Rampage, but people really need to stop comparing Pride with UFC. Why? Wanderlei Silva lost to Tito Ortiz, i mean come on. On paper you'd be like ok Tito might not make it out alive, then he goes and pulls off a 1st rnd KO like that with one of the most decorated and respected fighters in his weight class. Pride/UFC means nothing. Most of them are great fighters and anyone can score a lucky shot. *cough* Serra *cough* But personally i like rampage's style versus chucks. It's hard to counterpunch someone like Rampage and when he gets ahold of chuck it's over. Bad thing about Rampage is he can't handle overly aggresive opponents (Shogun Rua) but a counterpuncher (imo) doesn't stand much of a chance against him.

im goin with chuck. This time around, Chuck has all of the advantages. He is fighting in his house (Las Vegas), in his ring (the Octagon), under UFC rules for his belt. He has all of the advantages going into this fight, whereas Rampage is new to the UFC and looked a little cold in his first fight against Marvin Eastman. When two fighters who match up so closely talent wise fight, you have to take into account the intangibles other than training and skill. Chuck also has vengeance on his mind, which didn't work out nicely for Jeremy Horn or Randy Couture. Chuck by TKO in Rd 3!

How many times does Liddell have to destroy someone in the Octagon before people believe he's the real deal? Tito was supposed to absolutely anhilate Chuck in December, yet Chuck scores the KO. Everyone assumes that once "Opponent A" gets Chuck down, it's over. Yet, if it were that simple he wouldn't still have the title. Bottom line is, Lidell is one of the hardest punchers pound for pound in ALL of MMA with one of the top 3 take down defenses in the industry. You're not going to get him down.

It's so hard because I like Chuck so much better than the other former champs who lost their belts in major fights. Tim "Big for Nothing" Slyvia boooo. Matt Hughes boooo. I got to go with Rampage just because of they way the Pride fighters fight in that organization. Most of them do pretty good in tough bouts because Pride fights where so demanding. Longer matches and better rules I believe conditioned them for the ability to dish more and take more.
