I think its just an Oak Tree, but a woodpecker just started to build a hole in it. I need to know if its ok to just let it make its hole, or do i keep running it off until it doesnt come back?

I just got a Diva cup and am having a hard time figuring out how to insert it correctly.
I have tried to follow the instructions, but even after I have inserted the cup, it won't completely pop open, like the "u" won't completely unroll (the insides of the cup kind of stick together, like suction). Will it pop open on its own after it's been in there for a while? Or is it supposed to pop open right from the start?
Does anyone have any tips/advice??

i am im navajo & sioux

Ok, Im 17, this girl I like is 15. I had a class with her for half of the school year in this school year. I like her, BUT I have been to scared to talk to her and have been giving her stares, some with frowns( Im so frightened about what she thinks of me ). Now theres only 5 weeks of school left. She has only looked back at me not that long ago and given me a kind of frightened look. In Journal class today we had to write about someone we need to spend more time with and write a letter to them. I actually wrote 2 pages of how I've been a jerk by not talking to her, staring at her(not because of her chest, because she is pretty), and how she should talk to me, and force me to talk to her when I dont. What is going on in this girl's mind? What should I do?

three men are building a building....the frst one opens his lunch makes a face than eats it while complaining that he eats that same lunch evryday....tthe other two men do the same.....they all agree that if they have the same lunch the next day they will jump off the building they are making..all of them get the same lunch as before and each jump off and die...the wives are asked to tell their stories the first 2 said that they couldnt believe that their lunches were the cause of their husbands deaths...the 3rd wife simply said that idiot packed his own lunch........

Why do white people complain about black crime when most of it is black on black? Mostly, when you add up all of the murders and killings of blacks by whites vs. whites by blacks it probably equals out to be 10x more blacks killed by whites. This includes lynching, beating, murder, all done for no reason other than the fact that the person was black.

Seriously, why do whites complain so much about blacks? Back then and still today blacks are treated much worse than whites are. So why do whites complain about every little thing a black person does? To take the guilt or their racism off of their shoulders?

in the past years there have been 47 school shootings since Jan 1996, 43 of those have been in the last ten years. in the last five years there has been 15 school shootings, 5 of those happened last year. this year we have had 2. What is causing this out break of violence? is it the fault of the Parents? the Teachers? the Peers of the Shooter? is it caused by stress that is the fault of the School? the Government? what is the underlying cause of these Stand-Alone Complexes?
