"Peaple are pissed and shooting up college campuses"?

This was posted as a respone a few minutes ago by someone named kbella. She was affirming someone bashing American yet again. How do people make this kind of leap from what happened at VT?

There are many people out there who are willing to use a tragedy like this to promote their agenda. I think it is appalling.

Apparently her agenda is that everyone hates America and we need to change things in order to stop wackos from shooting our students or something like that.
