when I turn to the side to breathe (when I'm doing freestyle). But I find this really difficult and my arm tends to move downwards when I'm turning to the side to breathe.

What should I do? Can anyone please help me with this?

i have had a constant need, or it feels like that, to drink, and i must have drank at least 3 litres of water this morning!! The last time i felt like this, it ended up i had tonsilitis, i hope i'm not getting it again, it's horrible!

Tell some who's vocabulary is made up of mostly profanity.... you don't want to hurt their feelings, but it's like maybe three words are normal then the rest is purely swear words..... do people think this sounds cool?... i actually think it is disgusting to use this language blantly.... does profanity make you feel uncomfortable?

We have new technology and evidence that show most of things in the Bible aren’t true or are half truths. We know some ideological priest decided to allow certain stories in the "Bible" to be reflected a certain way. Even the Catholic Church, holding on to things like confession. The entire New Estimate of the Bible tells Christians they don’t need to go through a priest to be forgiven of any sin. Yet these antiquated docturnes still persist. What is true?

Ok I live with my Boyfriend, he is a smoker I love him to death but the only thing is that the smell of ciggs always goes in my hair. I wash my hair and not even an hour later my hair smells like ciggs and i hate it. Any suggestions. i used to smoke and i never noticed the smell as much as i do now, HELLP!

My roommate gets all the bills for the apartment sent to her and she usually divides them up and gives us our portion. However, I just asked to see the bills because I wanted to see them and she had thrown them away. Do you think something might be up? I will have a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts degree with emphasis' in the following areas: Rhetoric, History, Legal Studies, & Criminal Justice. What kinds of jobs would I qualify for? Do any of you have really good paying jobs with a BALA degree? Do employers look at this degree as you were unable to make up your mind? I'm really worried and if I need to change my degree I want to do so before I graduate since I've worked so hard for it, I don't want to not be able to find a good job that I enjoy.

It looks like healthycar.org found out that chemical particals stick to the inside car windows and that that creates a haze which in turn creates a glare at night. Especially with oncoming headlights. They actually measured it in over 200 new cars. In googling "glare" and "haze", only glare-x-plus really looked like it addressed the issue. My mechanic also said it was almost impossible to remove that haze unless you used really strong chemicals or hydrochloric acid. Stuff I used in the past only seemed to push the window film around and not really remove it. Has anyone tried glare-x-plus? It is supposed to be organic and not be harmful or smell (like vinegar, which I hate!). I also tried some baking soda but the mess was not worth it, and it did not seem to clean that well. Any ideas?
