I say No. And if you feel the same you should state your thoughts by going to: http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/oc/dockets/comments/COMMENTSMain.CFM?EC_DOCUMENT_ID=1451&SUBTYP=CONTINUE&CID=&AGENCY=FDA

And also contact your local Senate: www.congress.org

Please read below: A re-print from HSI:

Dear Reader,

This might be the most important e-Alert I'll ever send you.

Your healthcare freedom is constantly under attack. And as we've just discovered, that freedom has suddenly come under fire as never before.

--------------------------------------------
Always something
--------------------------------------------

Most HSI members won't be surprised to learn that the FDA has launched a plan to impose new regulations on alternative healthcare - regulations that are far more severe than existing regs.

Attempts like this aren't new, of course. Over the years we've diligently monitored such actions so that we can keep you informed through the e-Alert, the HSI Members Alert, and our web site.

Just last month I told you about a new senate bill called the Safe Drug Compounding Act that would limit the freedom of women to choose a safe alternative to synthetic hormone replacement therapy. So far, there's no further news about the progress of that completely unnecessary act, but now a much larger threat looms.

This past December, the FDA quietly put a document on its web site titled "Draft Guidance for Industry on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Products and Their Regulation by the Food and Drug Administration." This document is open to public comments until April 30, 2007 - just a few days from now.

After that, FDA officials will evaluate the comments and decide if they dare proceed with a regulation that might actually make it a crime to take vitamin C for a cold without a prescription.

Sound extreme? Absolutely! This is the most extreme attempt to control the sale and use of dietary supplements I've ever seen.

--------------------------------------------
The cards are stacked
--------------------------------------------

The FDA document is 14 pages long, but here's what it boils down to: If you use an herbal or dietary supplement to stay healthy or to help prevent an ailment, that's fine. But if any supplement is used to treat a symptom, then it's a medicine and will be regulated by the FDA, just like any prescription drug.

And there's a qualifying statement to that second part: The supplement will be exempted if it is "generally recognized, among experts qualified by scientific training and experience to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of drugs, as safe and effective for use under the conditions prescribed, recommended, or suggested in the labeling."

In other words, the freedom to use a supplement to treat a condition will be at the discretion of FDA experts. And given the track record of FDA experts, this is really bad news.

With this spacious latitude, there's no telling just how far the FDA might go to restrict access to supplements. For instance, they could take a widely used supplement off the market if the label states a benefit; such as using lutein to reduce the damage from age-related macular degeneration, or using chondroitin and glucosamine to reduce joint pain, or using probiotics to address digestive problems - the list goes on and on.

As HSI Panelist Jon Barron points out on his web site (jonbarron.org), under the proposed FDA guidelines even bottled water might be considered a drug if used to alleviate severe dehydration, which is an emergency medical condition.

Is anyone here motivated to believe in god because you believe that god's existence has been demonstrated rationally and established through reason? To those of you who answer "yes," I ask: If your arguments were shown to be invalid, would you relinquish your belief in god?

I am not interested in answers from those who believe in god because they "have faith." I am also not interested in supposed valid arguments. Please, no "question begging" such as: "Well how do you explain so and so", or "What do you think causes so and so" I am merely interested in knowing if anyone claims to be a "rational theist" that bases their belief on the supposed validity of rational arguments and if they would give up their belief in god if their arguments were shown to be incorrect.

Note: I do not intend to try to demonstrate the invalidity of such arguments nor do I plan on convincing anyone of anything. Why? I really don't care what people believe in. Just curious about question.

Can I just copy the folders in my directory and Burn it in CD-ROM and just paste on my girlfriend's directory? Will this work?

Note: Flyff Online don't provide manual download of patches

Why do they allow advertisments for cd's and vidio's like Girls Gone wild to be showen on national t.v? Its the almost the same as advertising porn. Its degrading to women and girls in this country. It shows young women(18 or a little older) disrobing, taking showers and fooling around naked on a bed(while kissing each other) there are young girls and women out there that see this stuff and think its are right because its a collage spring break? These girls that play in these vidios are acting like sluts and low classec whores for a few bucks.I 'd love to know who their parents are that dragged them up this way probably white trash like them. If i ever had a daughter, and saw her doing something like that,i would kill the people that made the vidios then her. What the hell is this country coming to,when **** like that is aired?

How does it feel to be an Indian called a Paki? Not very niceYour not even pakistani. Exactly which is why it's offensive because people in the sub continent look very similiar. Its like calling a japanese guy a chinky not very nice, they dont even come from China. Things like this, are the reasons why i consider brits to be ignorant becuase they consider racial slurs like paki ***** and chinky as not offensive

I grew up, enjoying the Catholic church. I'm 25, and will be honest, in the last 4-5 years my faith hasn't been as strong as it use to be. But now, I have an incredible person, so strong in her beliefs... she is so good hearted, but she has trouble with my beliefs. She doesn't understand me when I say "We do this because its tradition" and she asks "Where in the Bible does it say to do that?" ... I feel I'm set up for failure on any discussion. If it's the Bible she wants to base her faith off of... how can I help myself become more educated to help her understand? and if there is any proof, written in the Bible (that can help me show her) why Catholics are right... I would appriciate it. I've never considered myself right and others wrong, I'm tolerant. She is not... she wants to define truth, right vs wrong... wants me saved by her understanding of what saved is.... It's her challenging me that makes my Catholic faith stronger. Please help! I'm ok with her, she isn't with me :(

he bought up all the mint gold back in the 40's and 50's for $30 an oz that was estimated in the trillions and today is estimated in the quadrillions.
the book of daniel says the antichrist also enters into a covenant with Israel(monetary covenant-which the jews control wallstreet) and tricks them out of their money thus gaining total economic control of the world with both the gold and the paper.
he will pay or cancel our debt as a deceitful, treacherous ploy to get the world to join up with him and make himself seem like such a nice man. This pope will be the last pope that comes out of america(the last pope will be an american) who satan will incarnate into when he is cast down.
