A raisin is just a dried grape. So I'm not sure where you get the idea that it isn't a fruit "any more".
If you take the water out of a piece of beef, it's still meat, so the same hold for raisins being fruit. And prunes too, and banana chips.
So, yes, it's still a fruit.

Pickles are still cucumbers. Raisins are still grapes. They're still fruit, but just dried out. They just have their own special name in their wrinkly form.
