I am a 23 year old stay at home mom who is still brestfeeding my 8 1/2 month old daughter. I would like to start loosing some of my baby weight, (right now I weigh aprox 175lbs compared to my 145lbs pre-baby. ) I do yoga a few days a week, so I am fairly active, and I know that I should not really "diet" until I am done brestfeeding, but I was wondering, how many grams of fat a brestfeeding woman needs, compared to a woman who is not brestfeeding that is trying to loose weight. Thanks!

does anyone knew of a way i could break my love over someone.
im head over heels in love with someone but it would NEVER work as he is str8 and im secretly gay. i cant get over him. im always thinking about him and hes just such a good person. im obsessed. hes so good looking and kind etc, always makes me smile and laugh.
we are best mates in school but i never see him outside. he keeps inviting me to go clubbing with him and stuff but i always find an excuse. i wait by my phone for occasional texts he sends and send him random texts. i cant stop thinking about him.
anyway going back to my question... i need a way i can get over him because my obbsession is becoming unhealthy. im always thinking of him and have even my msn on appear offline untill he comes on. not a day goes by where i dont fantasise about him. i dont want this anymore. no matter what it would not work and he cant find out how i feel. i dont want to lose him as a friend either. please help

I constantly think about the future! I think it makes sense right now because my life kinda sucks (my family moved far away, I have no money to spend, I'm living on my own while I'm in college so I have to work a lot and still go to school, etc). My boyfriend and I have been together for over 4 years, so I plan our wedding, our move to another state, our house and other future things when I'm home...but in a weird way, like I calculate money spending/saving way too much. Lately I've been spending so much time online that I have little time for other things...I sometimes have difficulty breathing, heart palpitations, headaches, body aches/twitching, fatigue, trouble falling asleep/staying asleep, I've been avoiding people/doing things, I'm sad, frustrated, I obviously overthink, blah blah blah... I don't know if the future stuff is related to the way I feel right now, but I just wish I could be happy and relaxed and live in the moment..! Ugh! Thanks for listening ;o)

It is so hard for me to get a chance to pump at work. Usually I make time and pump at least once in that 8 hours. (but there have been times where I have been so busy I didnt get a lunch or pump time )but I dont want my baby to run out of pump milk while I am at work (I have an emergency stash of powder milk for "just in case" purposes) but I really dont want her to have that. I want to continue breastfeeding but i am afraid my milk supply will run out/low (like it did with my 1st daughter 6yrs ago) my baby is only 3mos old and I want to give her breastmilk for at least 3more months. any advice on how to maintain my milk supply if i work part-time?

I believe there is some type of God and all that stuff, but I was never baptized when I was an infant and I know nothing about the Bible.
