I constantly think about the future! I think it makes sense right now because my life kinda sucks (my family moved far away, I have no money to spend, I'm living on my own while I'm in college so I have to work a lot and still go to school, etc). My boyfriend and I have been together for over 4 years, so I plan our wedding, our move to another state, our house and other future things when I'm home...but in a weird way, like I calculate money spending/saving way too much. Lately I've been spending so much time online that I have little time for other things...I sometimes have difficulty breathing, heart palpitations, headaches, body aches/twitching, fatigue, trouble falling asleep/staying asleep, I've been avoiding people/doing things, I'm sad, frustrated, I obviously overthink, blah blah blah... I don't know if the future stuff is related to the way I feel right now, but I just wish I could be happy and relaxed and live in the moment..! Ugh! Thanks for listening ;o)

Don't be so hard on yourself, you need to take it day by day.
You are only overwhelming yourself by constantly worrying about the future.
You have way to much on your plate, what is the rush to plan the wedding, finish school... reduce the amount of stress in your life.
You seriously have stress induced anxiety which can manifest into depression at the rate you are going.
Slow down and stop to take care of yourself!!!

You have a lot going on in your life at the moment. It is both anxiety and depression. You need to go see your Doctor and tell him exactly what you've told us. This will get you the help you need to feel better and right with the world. A group would be a good idea to as you can talk out these problems amongst people suffering and feeling the same way. All the luck to you.

STRESS!!!!! Your life is going through a lot of changes right now so understandably you have a lot on your mind. Yes you are anxious, and maybe a little depressed but with this much on your plate wouldn't be. So you need to slow down a little, breathe, relax and make some quality time for yourself

You sound anxious. Try to gather a different perspective. It is important that you recall those things that you have to be grateful for. Once you realize that you have so much you will minimize all the other concerns and you will no longer focus on the things that are causing you great anxiety.

Anxiety and depression are often co-morbid (occur together). You could probably find a doc that would prescribe meds, and I sure they would help, but in addition you need to consider making some lifestyle changes. You'd be surprised how changing small things here and there can help!

You may have a couple of things. 1. OCD Obsessive Compulsive Disorder 2. Anxiety attacks 3. Major Depression.
I would go to a doctor and tell them everything.

You are over thinking your future. Take a deep breath and take a walk.

Find some simple distractions..
