Advil, tylenol, rest, or nothing at all?

Take a Tylenol and lay down and get some rest, if possible.

It depends on what type of headache it is, and how 'intense' the pain is. I used to get 'killer migraines' and even was 'so ill' with one I could only 'lie down on the bathroom floor' in a theater and had to just lie there until someone came in and I could ask them to call the paramedics. HEADACHES are NOT SOMETHING TO PLAY WITH ... that two 'Acetominophen' (Tylenol is one brand name) and if that doesn't 'lessen the pain or relieve it totally in two hours, then you need to 'lie down' and try to sleep ... if that 'doesn't work' then you may need to 'see a doctor' ...

Take an Exedrin Migraine....lie down in a dark room with a cold cloth on my face and sleep it off..........
It is the only way I can get rid of migraines.......
Regular headaches..........advil or tylenol sinus

I take one advil and one tylenol and take a nap. Voila, headache gone!

you can take pain killers like tylenol etc but i've heard scientists say you should eat chocolate...try it!
