OK, I will now give you the free solution to this.

We have had three people in our family with severe low back pain.

Lay on the floor and put your legs in the bent position up on a foot stool, or coffee table. It will open up the vertebrae in the low back and hopefully unpinch the nerve. When you sit, sit on a hard chair. Sleep with thick pillows behind your knees in the bent position.

My daughter used a square piece of wood ( about 16 by 16)
I padded it slightly. to sit on everywhere (driving and in college) for months and finally it was repaired. No pain.

Going to the Chiropractor first would probably be the fastest.
Your low back is out of adjustment.

Well it could be a "physical" issue. Have you strained your back, lifted something too heavy or the wrong way, fallen, exercised too much, ect...? If this is the problem usually a good muscle cream will help. You can also alternate ice and moist heat. But if you have done any of these things the problem might not be "physical" but it could be more severe like a pinched nerve, slipped disc, ect. This type of injury will require medical attention.

If You have not had a "physical" incident...your problem could be a kidney/bladder infection, bowel/intestinal issue, appendix (depending on pain location), or it could be something more serious like an Abdominal aortic aneurysm. All of these issues MUST be checked out by a medical professional to make a correct diagnosis.

I'm sure there are other things it could be depending on male or female but these are the unisex problems that can to me first.
Good Luck and hope you feel better!

Use a moist heating pad for twenty minutes on your back. Rest ten minutes then apply an ice pack for ten minutes. do this several times a day, especially before bedtime.

A good massage therapist could give you great relief from back pain. Also a chiropractor is very helpful. I've enclosed a link or you can find a chiropractor in your area in the USA.

Light exercises to strengthen the back will help the pain diminish. I recommend Yoga.
