No. The goldfish, regardless of what type, is a coldwater fish. The others are tropical and need heated tanks.
You haven't stated what size tank you have, but the common pleco gets over 2 feet long when kept properly. The tetras and guppies and pleco are all fine together.
Goldfish are divided into types 1, 2 and 3 and should only be kept with ones of the same type. You don't state what type of goldie you have.
The only tropicals that are fine at goldfish water temperature are Chinese High Fins, corydoras catfish and the Upside Down catfish.
Oh...the pleco and the goldfish are both very HEAVY on the bioload of the tank, meaning they are big, lunking, poop a lot and basically foul the tank quickly. A goldfish needs a minimum of 10 gallons per goldie.

Other than the goldfish yes, they will do fine together. The goldfish needs a lower temperature than the others and you can't make the goldfish happy and the tropicals happy at the same time.

In spite of you other answers.
I had a similar mix but and it worked just fine. But watch for the goldfish getting overlarge and attacking the tetras.
They grow very fast in tropical water

No. Goldfish are coldwater fish and need cold water. The others are tropical fish and they need warmer water.
