Will i get rid of my excess fat by doing a 10 day fast?

The truth is my BMI is 19.8 which is on the lowest side of the okay range. Thr trouble is i still have a lot of excess fat on my hips, thighs and buttocks. I've decided to do a 7 to 10 day fast by drinking water, and nothing else. I want to get my BMI down to 18.5. So if i fast i will defo get down to 18.5, so surely the weight that i lose will be all the l fat on my body, as i will be in the underweight range.

How do I let go of my children?

How to be Active and Improve Memory?

My date of birth is 29-Aug-1981, I feel very tired and I am lack of knowledge in any of my subjects. My memory is

very poor I am unable to learn any thing in my subjects. My concentration is very low I can not read any book more

then 10min. I feel like sleepy all the time when I am studying of doing any type of work which required my brain to

be active but I feel very much sleepy and tired all the time.
Doctors pleae help me to and tell me how I can feel active and my memory can be improved.

Is it true that the "Oilers" will be playing in the AHL next season?

I read in the EdmontonSun on April 1st that they said the lowest Canadian team in the league will have to play in the AHL, and they also mention that sense the "Oilers" will be the lowest Canadian team in the league that the Manitoba Moose will take our spot in the NHL, to give teams like the Manitoba Moose a taste of the NHL. They also said that after next season when the next lowest Canadian team leaves to the AHL we can take our place in the NHL again.

It must be a joke cause I have not heard nothing about this as being true, but just in case what do you think of all this with the AHL playing in the NHL?

Is high tide at all places of the Earth or is it low tide at the opposite side?

When it is high tide at one location of the Earth, is it low tide at exactly the opposite side of the Earth ? If so, then does it mean that gradually high tide turn towards low tide when you start going to other side of the Earth. If No, that is, the High tide is unformly at all sides of the Earth, then how can we say that Moon influences the High Tide ? It is near to the Earth only on one side.
