If this person was edukated the same way as you, I would give more serious thought to where I placed my X on the ballot paper !!

If you are asking me would I vote for a candidate who has been open about his beliefs and aspirations... as long as that person seemed genuine the answer woudl probably be yes... but having said that, you do realise that once they get elected, they are then sent to the politicians academy in order to learn the all important 2 lessons they NEED to further thier career...
i) The ALL IMPORTANT PHOTOCALL
ii) The art of Spin !!

So... the fact the person "openly admitted to being a practising homo...sapien pales into insignificance when you knwo what their future is... as our "spokesperson"..

When a person stand for election, they do so as an MP of a constituency or as a Councellor in my ward. Frankly I could care less about their private life. What I want to know is are they going to cut the duty on a pint of beer. If not, then I'm not voting for them.

just goes to show you...with the question of whether s/he is a "republican or a democrat", we once again see the block-headed idiocy of many americans. You blindly vote for a party, rather than the candidate who will do the best for your country and your area. Kind of a stupid thing to do..no wonder your politics are in such a horrid state of affairs

Good luck finding one amongst the pool of knuckle-draggers that we have to chose from this time around. The upcoming election may just prove Darwin was right.

That's not the worst of it. I have heard that several high ranking members of Congress freely admit to masticating around lunch time every day.

Sick!
