Its great as long as you are a good candidate, new equipment is used and the technician has alot of experience. I had it done on my neck 6 years ago and the hair is still gone.

I've been having Square Intense Pulsed Light (SPL) - laser - hair treatment under my arms / bikini since Nov 2006. I go about every 8 weeks and my last session will probably be June/July.

Each session is costing me about AU$100. In my opinion it's totally worth it. I've always had problems with shaving my underarms (irritation etc) and now I only have about 50 hairs left under there, that's between both underarms. It's incredible!

It works best if you have dark hair and light skin. The process hurts briefly if you have a bit of hair (for a milli-second when the light pulses) but as the hair stops growing it hurts less.

Look up the SPL process on the Net and make sure you understand it before you go but I'm very, very glad I've had the process done. It's amazing to have almost hair free underarms and bikini. Luxury.

Very effective. The cost is really high though and if you are dark skinned, it is alot riskier. It can take up to 3 treatments for the area to be completely hair free, in most cases its only 1 or 2.
And the hair doesn't grow back so its really awesome. but be sure you'll never want to grow hair back in the area your getting lasered. :D

it really depend on your skin type that why you should first ask them to do a test to see if your skin can take the laser
