crack baby, or neglectful parents, young (very young) parents that cannot care for the child the way they should. I hate to sound so harsh, but these are not good conditions for a baby to be in. For some reason though, people that are trying to be parents, are responsible, take care of themselves, would absoultely put their child above all else are the ones I notice (or at least lately around me) have miscarriages most often. It seems so unfair, and I'm so sick of seeing it happen. Not that I want these other people to have miscarriages or anything, I just don't want them getting pregnant at all. Does anyone else find this to be disheartening and frustrating? I put this in the religion and spirituality section on purpose. I'm having a really hard time with this, and was wondering about the take people have in this section. Thanks.

In a family, the interests of wife & mother are generally conflicting. Due to generation gap and other reasons, there is mistrust, hatered, jealousy between a man's wife and mother. The man can not make a choice from wife and mother. How can he create the values for Care, Trust and Love in the familty so that the can live happily together? Any help & experience please.

My sister-in-law told me to send my husband to Peru, his home town, for a surprise 40th birthday. I told her I couldn't afford it. Later, she sends me an e-mail saying that she will pay my husbands plane fare, but she states that it's only $500. I looked at the fares and they were more like $860 per person. I'm assuming that I will have to put the other amount. Do you think I am unreasonable to get my feelings hurt because I'm not invited also? My birthday is 9 days later after my husbands. Or should I tell her thank you for the invite but my husband will pass up this opportunity?

An 80 year woman married an 85-year-old man. After about six months together, the woman wasn't feeling well and she went to her doctor. The doctor examined and said, "Congratulations Mrs. Jones, you're going to be a mother."

"Get serious doctor, I'm 80."

"I know," said the doctor, "This morning, I would have said it was impossible, but this afternoon you are a medical miracle."
