Bananas are a healthy food - but they are very high in calories and carbohydrates. A medium sized banana contains about 129 calories, which isn't bad but can add up very quickly. If you're working out regularly, you shouldn't worry about it too much - but if you wanted the best alternative for body building I would seek something higher in protein like chicken, fish, eggs and dairy, nuts, beans, and seeds.

bananas are a great source of potassium and for some good high GI carbs after training. not quite sure why you are training for 2 hours, that's a little long for most people

he metabolic powers particular foods have to make your body burn far more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, based on “how a lot of calories your body is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients every single time you consume a certain food.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.

a lot of anything isnt good.
you will gain weight if you consume more calories than you spend during the day. try something else - apple, sandwich, yogurt, cereal, baby carrots etc.
