I check my pulse and it was 90 beats per mintue. I had a mild panic attack or anxiety attack on 15/02. I stop taking my pills almost two weeks ago.I was feeling positive n even change the way i think to be more practical.I tried my best not to get stress by anyone or any incident. I do breathing exercise everyday.I even exercise regularly..
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON... I had to take ATIVAN 0.5mg again to calm myself.... i feel lost..can anyone explain what's going on?????

My girlfriend and I broke up about 3 months ago. I still care for her eventhough she left me for someone else. She called me up the other day and we got to talking and she said that she really missed me. I asked her if she would like to go get some coffee or at least see me and she said that her relationship with the other guy is really not firm and she feels that if she sees me then she would want to come back to me. She says that she is far from over me but I dought this because she wants to see me. She says that she needs more time with this other guy to make their relationship work befor she sees me. To me that says that her present relationship is not what she wants. What should I do?

I know you would probably say, just get a bike and get out riding! But it would be so much more fun to get into the sports with some sort of club or society, plus I can really do with some advice in choosing my first mountain bike on a budget. I've been talking to a guy for 9 months now. By talking I mean, hanging out, being intimate, and all that relationship stuff. Problem is, after 9 months he still doesn't want to committ, as in, be my "boyfriend."

9 months is a long time. I don't want to keep waiting for him to want me as his girlfriend, because what if he never does, and all this time I've been turning down other guys for him. He hasn't been seeing other girls either though, and I know this for a fact. So I don't understand what the big deal is.

I'm just not sure what to do. Should I keep waiting it out with him, or make him committ, or move on?

Like, when you die what's going to happen to your spirit? here's a story that i know and how i know that spirits exist:
my grandpa was a very heavy smoker. one day, because of that, he had a heart attack. he was on his bed when he died. the people rushed in and did the electric paddles. while they were doing that, he said that he felt his spirit come out of his body and turn over and the spirit him saw his body below and all the doctors working on it. he then saw a dark tunnel and a light at the end of it and he wanted so badly to go to that tunnel. then they did the electric paddles and he was shot back into his body and now he's fine. that proves that there's spirits right?

i have a dell inspiron 6000 with two slot, it came with a 256mb pc2 3200 ddr2 sdram and i just bought a upgraded memory ram 1gb pc2 4200 ddr2 sdram. Before I installed the upgraded ram. Does it work if i were to install my new 1gb pc2 4200 ram in the 1st slot and the old 256mg pc2 3200 in the second slot?
