That depends on weither or not the landlord knew about it when they rented to these people.
Landlords arent mind readers and cannot watch the tenants all the time. If you know something about this alert the police and the landlord.

I believe the landlord can be responsible only if they knew they were gang related and they rented to them anyways, but not for the tenant being in the gang. Landlords are suppose to up hold safety for the other tenants. Unless they are a money hungry slum lord.

No. Landlords have no control over their tenants and cannot be held legally responsible for anything the tenants do.

no i dont think so but i do believe if they catch it before the police do they should evict the tenants
