I'd like to get rid of my gigantic TV, but doing so would mean giving up my games console too. Any ideas about how I could play the console using my laptop's screen (perhaps bearing in mind that I have a digital DVB-T tv reciever...)?

not easy to do much with the laptop screen other than the normal pc stuff...

you can get a video input card, but that'll probably cost a fair amount and I doubt it'd work very well either
