I've been talking to a guy for 9 months now. By talking I mean, hanging out, being intimate, and all that relationship stuff. Problem is, after 9 months he still doesn't want to committ, as in, be my "boyfriend."

9 months is a long time. I don't want to keep waiting for him to want me as his girlfriend, because what if he never does, and all this time I've been turning down other guys for him. He hasn't been seeing other girls either though, and I know this for a fact. So I don't understand what the big deal is.

I'm just not sure what to do. Should I keep waiting it out with him, or make him committ, or move on?

You're not giving him a reason to commit. You're giving him the pie before he buys it. ( You're giving him everything before a commitment.)

If he's a Taurus hang in there, it takes them a while. If not give him 12 months no relationship in a yrs time defiantly time to move on, or to make you feel comfortable stop rejecting guys and start excepting them as friends because you really don't no where things are headed with this guy.

You can't 'make' someone commit to you...it sounds like you two are already commited to each other but making it official is scaring him. Do you spend the weekends together? Talk every day? Have you met his family? Are you introduced as his 'friend'? If he is really only seeing you and often, I wouldn't sweat the small stuff...if he is seeing other people whilst you're turning down dates, then thats a different story.

Sounds like if he's not approached the idea of being more serious then yes it's time to move on.
