From the last 1-2 months when i wake up, i feel stiffness as well as little pain in my joints and strangely on my ribs & i am not even able to take deep breaths as it causes pain my chest (or ribs) coz of expansion of lungs..
what should i do ? I have not yet consulted a doctor...
could it lead to smth very serious & the excercise that swamy Ram Dev Baba practices is effective , would it help me ???

Centuries ago people thought the Earth was the centre of the universe and we were God's greatest creation.

Now we know that the universe is enormously large. Even our own galaxy is massive.

It takes two years just to get to the nearest planet.

And here we are, tiny creatures in the outskirts of a medium size galaxy.

If we're so important to God, why bother with the rest?
