I'm attempting to get fit but i'm falling prey to temptation

with food i'm okay, i only 'pig out' maybe once a fortnight

but with exercise, i get home from work and i usually just do some housework then sit on the lounge or go to bed

it's crazy because i'm as motivated as all hell in nearly every other aspect of my life except controlling my fitness and health, i don't know why that's any different

do you have any pointers to stay motivated?

Well i always wanted to get married and settled in life but was waiting
for the right time and age.
Time being the factor when i reach a respectable career position
and age being mature enough.

I preffered love marriage as i thought you get to know other person better
and there is no time limit as strict as there is in arranged marriage( fiance to husband).

I am in a problem as Now proposals are coming from all the sides.

I wanna Date girls before i get married(to see with whom i would like to spend my life with)
I had a relationship but now i dont have a girlfriend.

Do you think its right(Dating girls)?

Please guide

I was having a panic attack for few days and I decided to ask for a treatment. Doctors gave me a prescription with Zyprexa. I waited for two hours and before I get it, I discovered that my insurance wasn’t ready until April. I then went home and researched on Zyprexa. To my surprise, this prescription is used for folks with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and mania with psychosis. AND I was shocked. All I asked was for ANTI-ANEXITY!! I know I am not crazy. Should I sue them?

I have a complicated situation..My grandparent and I have had a falling out due to my father and I not having a relationship..I had not spoken to my grandparents in almost a year until recently around Christmas time..I have not seen them in over a year and I am going to be by their house on friday for a job interview..I was thinking of calling them to see if I could stop by for a visit..I'm nervous to call as to what they might say since I have not spoken with them since Christmas.I was not the one who chose to not see them or speak to them and when i did talk to them they seemed happy to hear from me. The only thing is that I asked them if we could get together and they said they would get back to me and have not..So I'm wondering is it a good idea to call and ask or just not even bother?

I liked this guy,got his number and we text and chatted.
He said he liked me etc,i was a bit more cautious with my replies as i was with my ex for 6 years and have little confidence left.

Anyway i now feel worse as this guy has just totally blanked me,he asked if he could call me on saturday,i said yes and he didn`t call.I sent him a friendly text saying if he`s not interested then it`s fine and just left it at that thinking he`d at least give me a text back at some point.He had said the same thing to me the night before and told me he was interested and if i wasn`t let him know.

Anyway i know he`s not interested anymore but can`t stop thinking about him and it`s driving me insane and i wouldn`t lower myself to try and contact him again but i will see him when i go into his work and i`m dreading if he blanks me there as well as he used to come over and have a laugh and joke with me.

Any advice on how to stop him bugging me?thanx!

Boudreaux and Thibodeaux worked together and both were laid off, so
they went to the unemployment office.

When asked his occupation, Boudreaux answered, "Panty Stitcher. I sew
da elastic onto ladies' cotton panties." The clerk looked up Panty
Stitcher. Finding it classified as unskilled labor, she gave him $300 a
week unemployment pay.

Thibodeaux was asked his occupation. "Diesel Fitter," he replied.
Since diesel fitter was a skilled job, the clerk gave Thibodeaux $600 a
week.

When Boudreaux found out he was furious. He stormed back into the
office to find out why his friend and co-worker was collecting double
his pay.

The clerk explained, "Panty stitchers are unskilled and diesel
fitters are skilled labor."

"What skill?" yelled Boudreaux. "I sew the elastic on da panties,
Thibodeaux puts dem over his head and says: "Yeah, diesel fitter."

He did live in Mesquite, Texas at one time. He was born in Oklahoma, Still Water I think. He was born in 1974, I think May the 15th but I'm not sure. My mothers name is Misty. He meet her in Balch Springs, Tx. He was in and out of my life until I was about 6. Then he was just gone. I hear he has 2 other children also. The Bible says let your gentleness be evident of known to all which is in Philiipians and 11 Timothy 2:24 says the servant of the Lord is gentle what are the characteristics of being gentle and what is the meaning of the word gentle, since this is important to the Lord I can I make more of an effort to be gentle because there are many times I am not. So on Ash Wednesday I did not go to church with my parents and I was brought up a Catholic but i am Atheist, and since then my Dad has not spoken to me. I really dont think i did anything wrong because if i were to receive the ash i think id be really doing something wrong because id be lying. But just because im Atheist doesnt mean im an A-hole towards religion, I respect people who are religious it doesnt bug me so why does it bug my parents? I dont understand why they are trying to force me to be religious if i dont believe. Im not a bad guy ive always tried to be the best man that i can be and no im graduating from High school this year and im going to college, I dont do drugs or committ any sort of vandalism.
