I always know when I'm stressed when I get big honkin' zits. I have a very clear face and then I'll get these huge nodules... I actually have like 3(!!!) of them right now - totally sucks... but my husband and I have been walking on egg shells lately... luckily it looks like things are turning around so my face should be cleared up in no time. Plus I got my hair 'did' and it looks awesome. Haha...

Yes, I can feel it. Most times I can control it and use meditation and breathing exercises to relieve the stress. Sometimes a good workout is needed.

absolutely, and everyone around me notices it as well, I'm not a friendly, a lose myself in my work (or what ever is causing the stress) and smoke about twice as many cigarettes then normal
*stress sucks it will kill us all one day*
