Um, I used to live in Hamilton, New Zealand, and the best beef burger place wasn't a restaurant, but a takeaway bar called "Beefeaters" as in the guards at Buckingham Palace.
Ohhhh, man those burgers were the biggest and the best burgers I'd EVER tasted. Real beef steaks, none of this hamburger ****, hey? U'll have to go over there and try it out. They're in Hood St.

P.S. I'm in Australia now.

if you think red robin has the best burgers, just because they serve endless overseasoned and rarely hot fries, you must please listen to those who are saying Ruby Tuesdays.red robin just cut down the portion AGAIN on its burger-im sure its down to 5 oz now.it is a hamburger salad on a cold stale roll.and they cost $8-$10.Ruby Tuesday is far from fine dining, but a burger there will make you come back again.warm toasted roll-fresh produce-and the absolute best beef around-at least 10 oz on regular burgers.and the price is the same to a little LESS.and the service is better.fridays has a good burger, uno chicago grill has a GREAT burger(identical to rubys) but i dont know who has stores in canada.in some cases, the greasy spoon diner will have the best burger.....but try ordering 1 medium rare.....NOT!
