I exercise daily but I eat late and eat out but when I eat out I eat Carribean foods which has brown rice and
cabbage but I was wondering will I loose weight by June because I work out and run on the treadmill 3 times a week and I am in a dance class everyday except Tuesday and weekends. And I drink alot of water and green tea.

help! ok ive got this friend and she really needs help! now shes emo and she has a lot of problems. i really feel like i need to tell some1 but she said that if i tell then she will just kill herself faster, i tried to tell the counseler once but they really dident do anything. what should i do! please help!!!!

I'm 15 and I think it's because when they were teens, their parents gave them TOO MUCH freedom and they made some really wrong choices because of it, BUT come on! I've tried to talk to them about it, but they don't listen... It's insane, like someone's watching over you all the time and watching your every move! Well, I'm over-exaggerating, but that's what it feels like! And I won't have my own car until I go to college.. Oh geez! OK, so my question is, "How do I show my parents that I can handle adult responsibilities?" Now, just everyday stuff... I'm in high school and I tried doing this, because they think I'm up too late, so I went to sleep at 10 and they were astonished. Then, they thought I was stressed about SOMETHING! I just think they're worried about me b/c they haven't been able to teach me half the stuff they wanted to, but I'm more knowledge able than they think. What can I do to show them I can take on adult responsibilities with actions?

haven't had such a hot smokin' bod since college.
My husband called me huuuoot, not hot. Somebody told me I'm ripped! My husband jokingly called me his trophy wife (why jokingly) .I'm a grandmother and look at myyyy body......
Give me strength...I can't hit the mute button fast enough, and then the little tiny reading at the bottom you need a magnifying glass says these are not typical results. Who actually parts with their hard earned money for this crap.
While the Americans are focused on firmming their butts and sculpting their bicep muscles, the Chinese and Indians are reducing our economy to third world mayhem and the middle east if busy tryin' to wipe us off the map. But when we go down they can say "they had tight buns, those Americans."Too bad more people don't put that effort into making this world a better place for all mankind and future generations and stop worrying about what the next person will think of their butt crack pants.

This month I haven't had an actual menstural flow like I normally do. I have spotted for three or four days off and on, been really tired, and extremely moody. I know these are all PMS symptoms as well as possible pregnancy symptoms. I am going to go to my dr on Mon. and see what she can find out for me, but should I consider those lightly spotting days as my actual period, could I possibly be pregnant or what? What's your opinion on this? Thanks!!

Hi everyone,

I have a friend who just confessed to me that she thinks she is going crazy. She met a guy 5 months ago and became friends. He called her every night and they would spend hours on the phone. They said they were friends but there was always attraction between them, I have talked to her a lot about him and also encouraged to take it a step further.
After being into this for 3 months she learned he had a girlfriend. After a month she learned she was his fiancé. Things were evolving, he would go and watch a movie to her place than they went to this party and had to sleep together, he gave her a massage and after that (first physical contact in 5 months) they sort of realised it was not just friendship. Tried to avoid each other, but apparently could not manage to. They ended up sleeping together. His finance lives very far away and he feels guilty towards both of them. My friend tried to end it but she thinks she is in love with him. He is going to see her girlfriend in 3 weeks and he told her he wants to see if there is anything to save in their relationship. My friend is the most honest girl I have ever known never did something stupid in her life, very self conscious and correct. I am really worried for her; don’t know what advice to give her.

Any suggestions….

I have no idea why, I only go on the major holidays but I always start laughing and can not stop...i am not nervous, it just seems like it comes on.......and then OMG when we sing.....there is always some really old man or woman near me who booms it out sooooooooo loud.....I know better, I am not young, just can't help it.........actually should go every week, have a pretty good time!!!!
