I have a friend who just confessed to me that she thinks she is going crazy. She met a guy 5 months ago and became friends. He called her every night and they would spend hours on the phone. They said they were friends but there was always attraction between them, I have talked to her a lot about him and also encouraged to take it a step further.
After being into this for 3 months she learned he had a girlfriend. After a month she learned she was his fiancé. Things were evolving, he would go and watch a movie to her place than they went to this party and had to sleep together, he gave her a massage and after that (first physical contact in 5 months) they sort of realised it was not just friendship. Tried to avoid each other, but apparently could not manage to. They ended up sleeping together. His finance lives very far away and he feels guilty towards both of them. My friend tried to end it but she thinks she is in love with him. He is going to see her girlfriend in 3 weeks and he told her he wants to see if there is anything to save in their relationship. My friend is the most honest girl I have ever known never did something stupid in her life, very self conscious and correct. I am really worried for her; don’t know what advice to give her.
Any suggestions….

She should end the realtionship immediately and tell him when he has made up his mind he can call her.
He wants to go see if the his fiance is more worth saving than your friend???? That's ridiculous, so basically he used her for fun while his fiance was away. Why doesn't he know who's the one for him NOW?! If someone was spending time with me and wasn't 100% sure he wants me no matter who is out there I don't want to be with him. Where is her dignity and self respect?
He can't have his cake and eat it too. before she gets hurt or falls in love any more advise her to stop communication. If your friend is such a great person then she can find many many good men out there that are free of any other relationship - one that she could have all to herself not share!
How many other women is he getting a taste of to see if he wants to be with, that's selfish and pompous, who does he think he his?

Ohhhh Come on now...he's engaged and this is what he's doing behind her back?
Love would be if he went to ol' girl(his fiance) and said "hey I met this girl, I think were hitting it off, lets take some time"
Your friend is a security blanket. Tell her that.
" your a security blanket to keep him warm while the girl he does love is away."
Also tell her to quit sleeping with other peoples men...thats not nice.

tell her to avoid him for now..by no means she should be the reasn for that guy and her fiance's break up..cos a person can never be happy by taking away someone else's happiness...though i perfectly understand that it was not intentional.Give it time..if the guy loves your friend...he'll break up with that girl and come to your friend..cos a person cant love two person at the same time..he has to take a pick.Be close to your friend...she might need your strength.good luck:)
