OK, this is better - that is a wireless transmitter - you plug your guitar into it, it emits the signal to the receiver near the amp and the receiver is plugged into the amp. They are about $250, but some cheaper models are even down to $80 in online stores like musiciansfriend.com. Some people claim they don't sound as good as regular cables, and while there certasinly is some loss in sound, look at the freedom of walking around without trippin' over cables...
