Toothpaste will dry it out. You have to use a non-gel kind, though...like the kind that is white. I assume it's the baking soda in it that works to dry out the pimple, so you might try putting straight baking soda paste on it.
In the future, if you feel a pimple coming on, you can put honey on it overnight and it usually won't pop out. I've done this a few times, and it's worked each time I've tried it. Good luck!

I use Proactive, Advanced Blemish Treatment. It works great and I really love it. It's a little squeeze tube and you put the medicine right on the pimple and it dries it out in a good amount of time. Just make sure when you do that you don't put lotion on over it because it will defeat the whole purpose. Hope it works for you! I love it!
