Is it safe to take a sauna/steam bath?
They say that going to sauna or steam can lower your blood pressure. Is it true? Currently my bloodpressure has increased to 130/80. It used to be 120/80

She is 11 weeks gone, since she found out she was pregnant, she has been to work twice, once she stayed till 10am, once till lunchtime. My brother is working all of the hours god sends, then coming home, bathing their 7yr old, feeing her and putting her to bed etc etc.

Now she has decided that she doesnt want anyone to buy her anything useful for the baby, eg sterilisers, she just wants clothes from Next and toys. They have just taken an £8,000 loan to cover the costs.

I think she is being very unreasonable, and i dont want to spend my money on something that the baby will grow out of in weeks.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do?

people told me many teachers in USA aren't respected by the students, those particularly high school students are not disciplined at all, instead, they are sort of violent and disrepectful to the teachers, is that true?

A scientist in japan proved it! He wrote thank you n i'll kill you on the two test tubes filled with water. Then after freezing the water he examined these freezed crystals under a microscope. The thank you one crystal was very beautiful but other was ugly n irregular in shape. What you say?

i run a windows os Xp home edition sp2
When ever i open up notepad and type in

Shutdown -s

then save it as a .bat file it just flicks open a command prompt window and does nothing. How can i resolve this problem??

Should it be a right to download music from the internet? Its widespread. I mean artistes already have overflowing bank accounts and the average consumer must spend a recognized amount of money to purchase a CD? Yes, I know there are struggling artistes, but frankly no one or very little people downloads their music. Paying for the CD makes sense, but very little resources are used for transferring data and fans would definitely support their artistes. There are many pros and cons to this and many of you know this. I am just curious, and I mean no offence to any artiste. Please let me know what do you think.
P.S. I obey copyright laws.

I've lost my fav pet bird. it's a sunconure baby bird which has just learned how to speak 'hello & rub head'. it flew out fr the pet carrier's box when my dad forgot to locked the top latch while bringing it to a vet to have its flight feathers trimmed.
i've searched n posted flyers around my neighbourhood.
1 man replied saying that a colourful bird like mine has flown into his home, and he has given it to a bird shop near to upp.serangoon rd. he accompanied me there. but the shoplady was so rude!
the moment she saw the man & me, she started to raise her voice & scolded us. saying that he was a stupid man. it was just a pigeon, so she let it go.
Curious, on the next following day, i went to the shop again with my friend, again she scolded me, this time she said that it was a meaningless small sparrow. not a sunconure.
i was so sad and helpless. i just need an honest truth fr her. i still hope that i might find my lost pet, even though it's impossible.

I have a project wer we need to use dirty water, add chlorine to it and send it to a lab to test for the conponents. Can anyone giv me information or sites which can help?
