Should it be a right to download music from the internet? Its widespread. I mean artistes already have overflowing bank accounts and the average consumer must spend a recognized amount of money to purchase a CD? Yes, I know there are struggling artistes, but frankly no one or very little people downloads their music. Paying for the CD makes sense, but very little resources are used for transferring data and fans would definitely support their artistes. There are many pros and cons to this and many of you know this. I am just curious, and I mean no offence to any artiste. Please let me know what do you think.
P.S. I obey copyright laws.

Can I come over and take your lawn furniture? Downloading music for free, in its strictest sense, is not right. Performers are paid a royalty when their songs are played on the radio. ( BMI, or ASCAP.) Would you want your bank teller helping themselves to your checking account? Of course not. Same thing goes here.

there have been cases like yours that have made it to the courts, and the MPAA has constantly subsidized down on the final minute. They have been extra severe AFIK, like a gramma who would not understand the thank you to apply the computing device and a youngster. i'm beneficial there are a lot of others that have been settled via non-savvy persons too rapidly. the problem is in the nuisance area of it, no longer the real possibility to you via the courts. would prefer to place the line on your son's call :) yet wow, 2500 on itunes? i'd have an interest in an interview for my weblog :)

How do you think artist make their money. Yes I believe downloads should be paid for, otherwise you are stealing their work. Do I always pay for daownloads? Well that's another matter!!!

downloaded music is not with the best quality. For you it is much better to use SACD player and to buy original if you want true enjoyment in music.
let me ask you something: you can chat on MIRC but is this the same as going to expensive restaurant with a love partner? Think a while.

yes and no...... yes do to the fact it is already aired on radio so what makes one not able to record it while being played on the radio.... no.. b/c if you want to have a collection of an artist that you love you should have respect for them and buy their record, that is the way they make their money.
