my head hurts my stomach hurts i feel sick i am sick if i eat anything i keep shivering and i cant breathe properly i feel dizzy and like confused i guess and i keep collapsing and passing out and stuff and ive got a high tempriture

The "something" you can do is to back off the idea that you won't go to doctors and get the help you obviously need. A public hospital cannot turn you away because of inablilty to pay in dangerous situations and having difficulty breathing is by itself one of those conditions.
If you continue to refuse needed care, what you should do is contact a relative and let them know your funeral and burial preferences and then you should make a will. At a minimum, let someone else not online, a real person near you, know what is going on with you. This will at least spare others having to deal with your decomposing body when you are finally discovered.

quit being stupid - go to the emergency room - call an ambulance whatever - this is just dumb. Why would a person attempt to get as sick as you, damn near pass out and die repeatedly, yet stop in the middle of their pains to ask the Yahoo Folks what they should do?
Oh and depending on if you took any drugs or whatever maybe not, but otherwise, start drinking some water - a lot of it.

I know you don't want to go to the hospital or a dr (although I don't know why) but your situation really does warrant going to the dr, in particular an ER because of the not breathing properly.

it seems u got high fever n feel weak,better u eat some food first n take 2 tablets febridol n go to sleep 4 a few hours.if u r still not ok(still fever) u r better visit ur DR asap as i think it could be a dengue fever.

Why won't you go to the doctors? If you're willing to take advise from here instead of going for REAL advise, then tough. If you die it's your own fault.
