I know the whole shpeel about You cant spot reduce, eat small meals, 5-6 throughout the day, etc, etc. Well for me, i do all that and even when I was swimming 4-5 hours a day training for the Olympics, I was skinny everywhere but the stomach. I suppose it is partially genetics, but I feel uncomfortable in a bikini and my bf is an ultra-marathon runner with a flat stomach and abs and relative to me it looks bad. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you! :)
