I know for a fact i didn't get into a fight, but i'll feel sore for like 2 days after drinking heavy. I'll be awake and functional, just feel like i did some intense work out the night before.

I assume its dealing with the dehydration and thats what tends to cause cramps and what not.

When you overload on alcohol you are in fact "poisoning" your body. The amount of alcohol your liver can cope with cleaning out your system is about 1 unit (half a pint of lager, single shot of vodka) per hour. When you go out on a binge of ten pints and a few doubles (which I am guilty of as well, by the way) you are taking in 20 to 30 units in one sitting. So your body is still working overtime to get rid of all that booze 24 hours later, hence the terrible aching and headaches and nausea. You should drink plenty of water and lay off any more booze for a few days until all your tissues have cleansed themselves and had a chance to recover. Then it's your round again, make mine a Kronenbourg!!!

Heavy drinking is prob worse for you than a Fight.. and yes i'd know i tend to do both pretty routienly.. The heavy drinking is ruining yer kidneys & liver.. taking a kick to the head is actually easier.. sore for 2 days? O man i'd kill for that short a time LOL from either one... (I have my second set of broken ribs in 5 months at present.. aint much hurts more than broken ribs.. try it some time LOL)

And no I'm not a light weight drinker.. I go thru a 1.75 liter bottle of scotch in 2 days.. beer is for wussies

Give it up man.. trust me... (I'm a lost cause LOL)

I think I'm getting to old for this stuff at age 48 maybe? But its in my blood.. nothing like a drunk indian (I'm semi native american.. and believe me the sterotype is true.. just about everyone in my family has the same problem with Booze & fighting etc.. Including my mother who is on the amerind side.. believe me you dont wanna ever piss her off even in her late 60's.. I've actually seen her take knives to men in her early days and win..)

a indian with a hangover man they come up with new ones every day. are you sure you didnt get in a fight or get run over by a bus. thats what the police here tell the indians here when they get all gasses up that they are going to jail so they dont get ran over by a bus. i guess it could happen. but what you got is a simple reaction to all the booze you drank. it will go away in a day or two
