I know the whole shpeel about You cant spot reduce, eat small meals, 5-6 throughout the day, etc, etc. Well for me, i do all that and even when I was swimming 4-5 hours a day training for the Olympics, I was skinny everywhere but the stomach. I suppose it is partially genetics, but I feel uncomfortable in a bikini and my bf is an ultra-marathon runner with a flat stomach and abs and relative to me it looks bad. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you! :)

this happened to me too, I went so low as to 95 ibs trying to loose belly fat, but sometimes you are just born with it and you have to accept it... I am skinny too, now at 110 ibs, and feeling not as faint, I'll just have to accept that not all girls can get flat stomachs.
You can try push ups and sit ups, but I just thought I'd warn you, thats what happened to me.

the stomach is a hard area to loose and even to tone and shape try something that is targeted for yor abs only ask a trainer at a gym for help they can help you set up a general routine for just that area

Running, Swiss ball & Pilates, not necessarily in that order.
