After over a decade of crap (I am tolerant). I just announced today was my last day. Of course it also cost me my apartment too (I lived on property) The scary part was being out of work for the first time since I was 14 (always worked part time in high school) and it took 3 months to find a job. But my hair has grown back in thicker and I am less stressed and happier....only thing I really lost was a higher paycheck.

Always cover your butt in case your next job checks your past job history. Best policy is give 2 weeks notice in writing. If you need a reason and have nothing nice to say then go with "Left job because of philisophical differences."

I gave them 6 week notice and kept a copy of the letter for reference and said the reason for leaving was I'm completing my MBA. It's true but I also just wanted to leave a crappy job. Good luck.

I insulted the boss. Then he made a nightmare for me. Then I report him to Economic Chamber. after that we become enemies. now we are warlords each against the other.

Freddy Krueger came in and chopped up my boss! Me and Krueger are really close now and we hang out on Elm Street every night.

Freddy gets kinda wierd sometimes and exhibits sociopathic behavior, which include killing small animals.
