I have been experiencing patchey alopecia for about 2 years now and I'd like to know whether a 59 yr old who has had a hysterectomy since 1995 (ovaries in tact) can benefit from progesterone?

I am 35 weeks pregnant. I have always felt i was 2 weeks ahead of it. But anyways.. I've had braxton hicks every here and there in my stomache. Well last night @ 330 I had horrible horrible lower back pain, like in between the hip bones. It was the worst pain ever!! it came and went away from a couple minutes and came back again. It did this 3 times. And then i felt the sudden urge to go pee. I felt a lot of pressure in my stomache and it was very hard. i jsut layed back down and tried to go back to bed. I woke up @ 7 with the same pain and it went away. I feel like crap and dizzy.. What do you think is happening?

I am using a wireless connection to access the net.I am unable to download any file(.avi, .pdf) using Bittorrent client. These are the following error messages I got in my log file:
WindowsUPnPException : none port_collection (XP)
Problem connecting to tracker
Discovery timed out
NAT Traversal warning (XP: Unable to detect any UPnP services)
Problem connecting to tracker
Please help me in this. I have tried every possible other methods, used different torrent client software. It is just impossible.Please again help me.

I have straight, thick, soft blonde hair that is four inches below the shoulder. The curling iron makes it go limp, no matter how hot. I use hot rollers, but that just gives my hair big, poofy curls. I'd like to scrunch, but I'm not sure what it does, and my mom says it only works for wavy or curly hair. Help?

Just reading GratefulDead06's thoughtful answer to a question that started off, "Atheists...", he pointed out that we get a lot of this, "Christians..."
etc. etc.

Seems this is like racism, stereotyping whole groups, except questions in this vein substitute belief-groups for races.

IMHO, we have such a great opportunity on R&S for learning, understanding, discussion, seems a shame to muddy it up with this sort of shallow thinking.

I have been on a course of Warfarin for 6 months and have now been advised to stop taking the medication within the next couple of weeks. Should I just stop or slowly reduce the medication from 7 mg down to zero over a period of say 7 days, my nurse at my local practice says to stop on a given day and my specialist says reduce the actual medication at 1mg per day. Confused!

Look, I don't want to be seen as an "America hater" or "Traitor". Its just that everything that this war is supposed to be about is out there on the surface. Almsot everyone who backs it, speaks about the moral obligation we have to fight terrorism. But there is always an underbelly. Always. Maybe we are over there to fight terrorism, but you better believe that theres a few big bonuses that made the option that much more palattable for people with their hands in our governments pockets.
